We recommend polishing your car no more than twice a year. Polishes are abrasive by design, meaning each session removes a microscopic layer of your car's clear coat to eliminate swirl marks and minor scratches.

Over-polishing will thin the clear coat over time and may eventually expose the base paint, leading to permanent damage. Between polishing sessions, regular grooming with non-abrasive products keeps your car looking sharp without wearing down the finish. Our team will assess your paint condition during each visit and advise whether polishing is needed or if a lighter treatment will do. We strongly discourage using household abrasives like toothpaste on your headlights, as they can cause uneven sanding and irreversible clouding. Professional headlight restoration requires a specific compound designed for polycarbonate lens material.

At Revol Carz, we use a compatible headlamp cleaner that safely removes oxidation and fogginess without damaging the lens surface. After cleaning, we apply a protective sealant that slows future yellowing and keeps your headlamps clear for longer. The entire process takes about 30 minutes per pair and is included in our full grooming packages. Revol Carz operates two fully equipped service centres in Singapore. Our primary facility is at Ang Mo Kio Autopoint, and our second centre is located at Toh Guan.

Both locations are easily accessible from surrounding areas including Bishan, Toa Payoh, Yishun, Jurong, and Bukit Batok. Each centre is fitted with professional-grade detailing bays, climate-controlled drying areas, and a comfortable customer lounge where you can wait while your car is being groomed. A standard Revol Exquisite Polish and Interior Grooming session takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. This covers all 9 stages of our detailing process, including exterior polishing, interior deep cleaning, engine bay detail, wheel polishing, and protective compound application.

More intensive services like ceramic coating or paint correction may require a full day depending on the vehicle's size and condition. While your car is being groomed, you are welcome to relax in our air-conditioned customer lounge with complimentary refreshments. Yes, you can drive in the rain immediately after your grooming session. The protective sealant we apply is fully cured before your car leaves the bay and will not wash away with water.

In fact, you will notice that rain beads up and slides off the surface more easily thanks to the hydrophobic properties of the compound. Under normal driving conditions and regular washing, the sealant remains effective for approximately 6 months.
